Have you checked out the variety of Duck tape? It is amazing! They have various colors along with patterns. During this week's cousin swap Dale was at our house. It was a crazy week for me so the boys had to entertain themselves. They did a great job at that.
First Dale and Rylan made SHOES out of Duck tape. Sweet Breck wanted a pair so I made his.
Then Dale wanted a hat like Rylan had made a few months ago. After that, Rylan & Dale just kept making more things. This is their final outfit!!!! Amazing{ly hilarious}! They made: ties, wallets, watch, shoes, hats, shirt, and pants (that had to be turned into short shorts held up by suspenders then pant legs became sleeves).
And yes, they wear their shoes, hats, and tie out in public. They have worn it to panda express, walmart, grocery store, and the chiropractor so far.
Heidi and I love our creative boys....they are two peas in a pod!!

We have always loved duct tape in our house. Such cool things they made. Ours are usually just on cardboard boxes. We'll have to try some more fun ideas like yours. Love the shoes!
